This course allows you to easily enjoy Hinai Jidori, one of Japan's three most delicious chicken breeds and said to be the most expensive in the world.The meal consists of 12 dishes in total, including 8 exquisite dishes and 4 skewers per person, with the final dish being "kiritanpo," a local dish from Akita Prefecture, and a refreshing chicken broth.This is the course we recommend most to first-time customers.
